Recent reviews

App UI could be better in the way that it could be programmed to be more intuitive. For example, looking at reservations requires rummaging through multiple options instead of providing exact times of availability. Additionally, sometimes when searching, certain time slots will be prompted as available but upon finishing, you’re told that you must leave a 15 minute window between your reservation and somebody else’s. Instead of 15 minutes, it should be brought to 10 minutes as that would permit more reservations to work with the allotted 15 minute periods. In short, restructure the reservation intervals, make the UI more intuitive, and the app would be golden.

I’m a regular user of carshare, and for third time, my car has been cancelled less than 24 hrs prior to my trip. I called customer service to see if they could arrange something else, and they just flat out told me no and that was the end of the call. Not to mention, earlier this year, they wrongly tried to charge me $500 for an accident that wasn’t even under my membership. I called them about it, and they proceeded to tell me they’ll get back to me when they never did. This is ridiculous.
