Booked a Rental and paid for it upfront. There was a hold placed on my account which was normal for Rental companies to do. Upon returning the Rental, I was informed that the Deposit would be in my account after 7 working days. Its almost a month now and I’m still waiting for it. Upon querying, I was informed that I need to contact the Bank. When the Bank was contacted, they mentioned that there is no hold on my account. Till to date, the deposit had vanished into thin air and EuropRental are responding to my queries as if no deposit was taken from my account
