This company (which is now owned by Watts) has gone downhill ever since they were bought out. The website and the accompanying app have gotten worse due to implementing pagination wherever possible. So it takes you longer to find and edit the data that you need to work on. There's also a lack of a back button on a majority of screens on the mobile app. Forgot something? Good luck! Delete it and start over from scratch! As a water utility, we needed to save time without creating a headache for testers. It was promising at first but I can see a day when there will be better choices and we'll end up making the switch to something else that's not as difficult to use.

This app is ridiculously bad. I can’t believe a company of Watts stature would have such an unfriendly and unusable product. From adding customers to simply updating your gauge information, nothing is easy. Try to add a parent company-good luck. Disappearing gauge information-normal. Difficulty in getting needed help right away-ain’t happening. I’ll update my rating when you get rid of your current developers and get a real company working on your app. Good apps aren’t cheap and cheap apps aren’t good!
