User Reviews

RazorSync on iOS is widely criticized for reliability issues, especially syncing and data accuracy. The transition to the new app brought instability and a difficult user interface, with outages and frequent glitches during peak times. Reinstalls and data loss add friction, while customer support is often unhelpful. A minority notes improvements from updates, but the prevailing sentiment is that the app frequently fails for scheduling, billing, and workflow tasks, prompting calls for stabilization or reverting to the old version.
Pros
  • Recent updates have improved the app's stability and usability.
  • Support staff is helpful when reached.
  • When functional, the app handles scheduling and job management for a business.
Cons
  • Chronic syncing failures and the app going offline; forced syncs and data not syncing properly.
  • Frequent glitches, crashes, outages, especially during peak hours.
  • New app is hard to navigate and lacks many functions of the old version.
  • Data loss or manual re-entry required after reinstall; loss of work.
  • Unhelpful or inconsistent customer support; telling users to reinstall; blame on customers.
Recent reviews
No improvements. Why can I see the service call history from the address but I can't go into anything? Why is the only place I actually read the work orders in the full customer history? I have to go to the address, figure out the service call number, then surf through the customer history, not divided by address (some of my customers have 100+ addresses,) then if I can find it I might be able to pull the actual wo and see what my techs did! What is this trash? Why is it so bad? This can't be that hard, the original app worked great until you forced us to change it! Trash trash trash!!!!

I’ve had to use Razorsync for 2 years now at work and it almost never works properly. The app isn’t even online. You have to force synchronize it every time you want to see your jobs for the week. Problem is it doesn’t sync properly and I have to reset it multiple times. Sometimes I even have to delete the app and redownload it. I wouldn’t wish the forced use of this app on my worst enemy
