CertSync supports both individual use and organisational workflows. Employees can securely share selected credentials or permits with organisations using access codes, while retaining control over what information is shared.

Organisations can assign permits, track workforce compliance, and maintain audit-friendly records through integration with the CertSync web portal. This allows businesses to monitor compliance status and maintain visibility over credential validity and expiry timelines.
