Was hoping for simple and easy communication with Swedish about my health. There is some useful information, example lab results, once you find them. But there are big gaps in accuracy in other areas. Two examples are when I recently had to reschedule an appointment with a specialist I was sent a link to a Providence branded version of mychart, which asked for a providence login. No message would better. Another is the reminder area is cluttered with conflicting and inaccurate information. As an example, if an appointment date is updated at the front desk the appointment is still shown as being on the original date. Inaccurate and useless if you want to find the date of the new appointment. In conclusion, if some information is unreliable how can a patient trust any of the information. The app would be far better if the unreliable features were removed until they worked correctly.
