Recent reviews

Won’t recognize my username even though I am using the one it is sending me. Can’t access the app or the lockbox. Hold time is about 40 mins to speak with someone. Application UI and functionality is horrible. Don’t recommend this application or service.

I seriously think that this company is either not real. Has only three employees that are all aliens born in a lab project gone wrong at Peter Thiel’s house or part of some cabal of people that feed off of other people’s misery. Whoever they are - they’re definitely home by 3pm and immediately get straight to taking stupid pills and passing out in a puddle of their own smelly drool. Package Concierge - you’re the reason I have no hope for the future of humanity.
