Used to better. Main problem is that many Amazon drivers are not trained to use their system: so packages get dropped off in front of the lockers at the office for everyone to take. Tried to change my password through the app: never received a recovery email after multiple tries. Tried to reach out to email support: but the mailbox was full and not accepting new emails. LoL. Asked Amazon now to remove the automated routing of my address to the lockers. If you’re forced to use it, it’s okay.
