It asks me reset my password every time opening the app and won’t let me sign on. The website works but the app doesn’t. Parcel pending worked just fine until you y’all added the +

The KIOSK in the mail room of my apartment complex was always so slow and sluggish, I press my pickup code and it takes half a minute to open *one* container. After shutting it, the screen is white for another minute, not letting me go back to press the pin to retrieve another package. The other annoyance is that I set a vacation for two weeks, I kept getting “1st delivery alert” reminders about my package which is fine, but my vacation ended early, which was shorter than the date range I selected. In other words, my vacation setting was terminated by a glitch or something else that did not notify me. There’s no proof of me setting a vacation, now I have late fees to pay before my account gets locked. I’m not paying those fees, I set the vacation for the duration of my absence. Truly a disappointing service. Even the couriers I bump into admit they hate using this service to drop off packages.
