2026-07-14	Ho*****	They used to be parcel pending. But then changed it to Parcel Pending PLUS. None of the numbers they send you coordinate with the packages it’s a hit or miss with the app. Maybe your box will open, maybe it won’t!

2026-07-09	An*****	The app asks you to add a payment method but gives you no option to initiate payment. That means that you have to just enter your card information and hope that whenever they randomly decide to charge it it doesn’t get flagged as fraud (which it has on multiple cards so far, making me wonder what kind of company this even is). If it doesn’t go through you’ll get threatening emails about not having access to your packages if you don’t update your payment method (and wait for them to randomly charge it). On top of that, there’s no way to communicate issues because they provide no contact information. Instead I have to leave a public app review and hope I get the opportunity to talk to a real person!

2026-07-05	Gh*****	I get alerts at odd hours midnight, 2-3am regarding charges, only When I go to box it’s empty or there is no delivery just attempt charges because I’ve locked my card to keep system from just charging me $10 because someone needs lunch money. It’s unfair to enforce a system that doesn’t work efficiently and an interruption of my time.

2026-06-29	sj*****	Forcing a 13-character minimum for a password is ridiculous and unnecessary. Standard security requirements work perfectly fine without forcing users to memorize an entirely new password structure just for this one app. Stop adding frustrating hurdles for your users.
