This is is only in my phone bc it’s the only way to pay for laundry in my building. The machines suck but what makes it worse is that this app doesn’t tell you how much time is left on your machine. Only sends you a text when your laundry is done. The dryers show time, but not the washers! Doesn’t make sense. Put some effort into this guys

The app forces you to pay a minimum of $20 to use the machines. If you have a leftover balance when you’re moving out or no longer want to use them, they will not refund you. I’ve called two times and they say it’s processing, but it’s been almost one month and no refund received. AVOID!!
