FAQ's You don't see all the possible functions in the app? That's because the washMaster is modular and operators can each put together the functions independently according to their needs. Therefore, if you miss a function, contact your washMaster operator.

Does your cleaner also do your laundry? Do you host Airbnb guests or let your kids do the laundry sometimes? No problem, your washMaster account can also be combined with an additional RFID card. The corresponding cards can be obtained from your washMaster operator. Then send an e-mail to support@schulthess.ch to link the card to your washMaster account.

Is the washMaster not yet available in your laundry room, laundromat, etc.? Send a request to sales@schulthess.ch and we will contact the relevant operator.

Wow, this has been a terrible process. The system times out on you before you’re able to put in your actual credit card and then the system hangs. It tries to make you download an app and set up an entire account just to do your laundry. There’s no reason for any of this to exist. Just put a tap to pay on the machines. Gathering my data to do laundry is ridiculous. Have you read some of these terms and agreements? It took me 30 minutes to start my laundry.
