I used appwash for the first time today, and the dryer didn’t fully dry my clothes. Everything was still damp and there was water in the dryer. So I put it back in the dryer to run it through again, but after I paid for a second dry, the dryer stopped because “my clothing was too dry”. So I tried in another dryer, which also refused to dry my wet clothing. So I took my clothes out and gave up. The app took my money and when I contacted support for a refund they said I can only get a refund if I put my clothes in another dryer right afterwards. But I already did that and they both refused to keep drying my wet clothing. 6 hours later they finally refunded me, but I still ended up paying for the initial dry that didn’t work. Also, the app is clunky and slow. Every time I do anything on the app it takes time to load. I dislike having to bring my phone with me when I do laundry. Frankly, I don’t know why app controlled laundry has to exist at all. 1 star because I can’t give 0.
