Ich hab soviele Probleme mit der App. Hauptsächlich geht es darum, dass die Zahlung nicht sofort erfolgt und mir das Minuten nimmt, bis das Gerät endlich startet. Wäre absolut super, wenn man diesbezüglich wissen könnte, woran es liegt oder das endlich behoben werden kann. Denn das geht seit Monaten so. Zuerst nur betreffend der Waschmaschine, mittlerweile ist es bei mir auch bei den Trocknern der Fall. Unheimlich lästig.

Two days without connection left me out of pocket and hours wasted. The machines kept experiencing connectivity issues. The advice was to continue trying. Each time the connection failed the amount was refunded. Except for one time where an error caused the payment to go through despite the machine not starting. They are refusing to refund me because I didn't use a new machine straight afterwards. Even though it was impossible for me to do that due to said connection issues. Scandalous!
