Works well but you have to put in a minimum of $20 and then when you have less in your account than what is needed to run a machine you have to add a whole other $20 instead of just the few cents/dollars to get the machine to run. Besides that it's a really convenient app

I usually love the experience on the app. I like how it shows when the washer is in use but today it said wash so I walked down to it to discover it was unavailable....it is the best feature but for some reason it isn't telling me anymore when a washer is in use.
