Monster Pay is an iPhone application providing the easiest and smartest complete laundry solution. This app allows you to pay for laundry cycles from your account to communicate with the washer or dryer.

Simply use Monster Pay to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history.

• Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process) • Start laundry machines by scanning QR code on the machine • Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry.

For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.

You can trash it It’s terrible The timers are always wrong the machine status is often wrong and they are all either broken or smelly You steal from the users don’t refund unused money even tho this is illegal There is no punctuation on your keyboards as if you’re just a couple of uneducated foreigners running it Your ratings get lower and lower but the tenants have no choice in many apts Im going to BBC & FTC

I used a dryer and when it finished I realized that didn't work, so I saw in the app there is a form to report and to ask for a refund, i filled it out and send it. They declined my refund and now they are calling me to know about why I request a refund?! I already fill the form, all the info is in there... They can see my usage, every week, I have never asked for a refund and when I asked for one they want the fbi to investigate 😒
