Pros

Mobile side looks and functions decently.
Paperless workflow and ease of use in the field (iPad/handheld).
Better interface compared to other platforms.
Constantly improving with updates.
Can be an amazing field tool when configured properly by the company.

Frequent crashes, reboots, and outages that interrupt work and can erase input.
Clunky, information-heavy UI with poor mobile optimization (small fonts, zoom/navigation issues).

Automatically transferring data from one page to another is a no-brainer I thought in the computer world to cut down on error. Glitches screen, sizing, signing boxes, and cancel button if you don’t want to share location.. It’s downright sickening.
