Mobile Live extends your Service Assistant by connecting field staff to your office with real-time data. It enables collecting production data for immediate upload, accessing current navigation maps, and real-time route and dispatch for field jobs. It also supports in-field creation of new jobs.

In addition, it allows printing estimates and invoices on site, printing customer invoices with upsell coupons, and adding customers for new sales opportunities. Note: Service Assistant and Mobile Live licenses are required. Continued GPS use in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

The app crashes all of the time. It’s slow as can be and actually slows production down. Can’t do multiple stops at once and it’s hard to navigate through different tabs due to the speed. Not to mention there’s not much you can do with the app as customer account screen looks terrible. If the app was like the webpage then it would be significantly better. No updates that make a difference over the 4 years I’ve used it.
