This app may be ok at best when it works. When it doesn’t it’s infuriating and not worth the trouble to even use. You need to log time? Good luck because the employees simply disappear from the system. You need to log invoices or photos to a project? Not today, because you’re not going to find that either. Troubleshoot the app? Turn it off and turn it back on, uninstall and reinstall. For field use it’s easier, and faster, to use excel sheets/word docs. (3 months in and our company still needs both the excel sheets we’ve always used and this garbage to verify the app and software even work) The team that comes in to train everyone how to use the app is super nice/ professional and makes it sound like your getting the keys to a Cadillac with all the bells and whistles. Real world app is an absolute glitch fest. You bought the body of that Cadillac with the guts of a lil tikes flintstone mobile. Save your time and money and stick to literally anything else.
