TAMCO Service is the official field service app for electrical service technicians. It puts your daily service work assignments, attendance, and reporting in one place — built for work in the field.

Sign in with your technician account to:

• See your jobs — View every service work assignment (SWA) scheduled for you, with site address, customer, priority, and instructions. One tap opens directions in Google Maps or Waze.

• Accept or decline — Respond to new assignments the moment they arrive. Urgent jobs are clearly flagged so nothing is missed.

• Clock in and out — Record your attendance on site with GPS verification, so time on the job is accurate and auditable.

• Track the work — Start, update, and complete each line item, log quantities, and attach photo proof as you go.

• Get customer sign-off — Collect a signed acknowledgment directly on the device once the work is complete.

• Manage your tools — See the equipment assigned to you and keep your certificates up to date.

• Stay informed — Receive push notifications for new and urgent assignments, and read company announcements.
