Perhaps I am failing to navigate the app correctly, but I am unsure at to why the app exists. I read great reviews, one regarding the ability to remote start the range. I have only a washer and dryer connected to the app. I see I can remote start and check time remaining, beyond that nothing. I had an LG Washtower, which served me well, but I could not cope not having a Whirlpool W/D (I have been a lifelong fan, kitchen is all Whirlpool, water heater is Whirlpool). Again, maybe I haven’t found the features, but the LG App appears superior - it shows time/day of use, cycle history, gives maintenance reminders such as ‘Tub Clean’. I am hopeful I just haven’t clicked around enough. Other than a disappointing app, I am super happy with my new W/D.
