Recent reviews

In the past I’ve received overall good service from MedStar, however this was not the case. I explained my symptoms several times to the provider. I also let her know my concerns, with not being able to come in person. I have had these symptoms before and let the provider know this and felt I was completely ignored and she diagnosed me based on a scale that is generic and isn’t the same for everyone. 1/5 stars. MedStar does not allow providers to order any testing if you’re seen on this app. This app is a waste of patient time and a waste of provider expertise.
