The visit results are stored in the MedStar Health Patient Portal and can be shared with other providers as needed. I use my insurance. Now, they try to charge me $79 plus bill my insurance. I have no copay with my insurance. I called my insurance to make sure nothing changed, and they said that they shouldn’t be charging me! Crooks!

Really thankful for my visit with physician assistant Lopez. Unfortunately I was skipped four times for the waiting room by different providers without explanation. It would say my visit was loading and then match me with a new provider. That was very frustrating.
