We have been waiting for SEVEN HOURS in the emergency room, and we are STILL waiting. My husband has a deep open wound in his hand that needs stitches and they just don’t care. His fingers have already gone numb and the pain is nonstop. If there was any opportunity to stop an infection, well, we’ll never know now. The front desk has been absolutely zero help. They have a 20-person team for lacerations, and there have been no more than 5 people with cuts. You’re telling me that in SEVEN HOURS they could not take care of them? This is absurd.
