No appointment needed — download the app, sign up in minutes, and start a secure virtual visit from your phone, tablet, or computer. Visits are HIPAA-compliant and integrated with the MedStar Health Patient Portal so your visit results are stored alongside other MedStar care. You can choose to share Apple Health data (heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, etc.) during your video visit.

Providers treat common urgent conditions such as cold/flu, COVID-19, sinus infections, sore throat, UTIs (females 18+), rashes, minor injuries, headaches/migraines, and more. Most insurance plans are accepted (regular co-pay applies); self-pay is $79. Service is available to patients physically located in Maryland, Virginia, or Washington, D.C.
