Video was fine but it ignored my headset & put call on speaker. I looked around for some type of options but could only see squares with X's where most call apps with video have things like mute, camera or audio device options. Tried from browser and it started using headset but then quickly switched to speaker. As there was not a way to easily access some type of options or at least use my devices accessories that were actively connected to phone I had to switch to a normal phone call.

The video service when trying to connect is terrible. The app needs alot if work honestly! I've witnessed my husband lose connection with his doctor and know people that happened to and they will still be charged around $200 by that Dr for the visit anyway! It's insane!! Fix your app!!! 😡😤
