Have previously used this app with no issues however was told today that it cannot be used in Prince Edward Island anymore. Their FAQ section says as long as you are on Canadian soil and have a valid health number that you can use their service. Perhaps the locations where the services can be accessed should be updated.

What a rip off .. free trial cost $99 only to have them send me an email telling me to take my issue somewhere else. Yes, they did try to call and sorry.. I couldn't answer as I was not in a private location suitable for a medical discussion. Their solution .. close my case and tell me to go to a walk-in clinic. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! UPDATE: they did try to call....after midnight. How is that reasonable? This after they told me by email their answers were system defaults and errors.. nice
