Easily plan your trips by automatically calculating the cost of rides with your vehicle in Google Maps. The Cost of Driving extension shows the estimated cost for both electric and traditional cars based on current fuel or energy prices, route distances, and your vehicle's average consumption.

Currently in beta only for Europe, this tool will help you make informed driving decisions. More features and global coverage will be available soon!

Works perfectly when U R at Europe

It works but I can't find where to change the consumption I input when installing. In some countries consumption is given in km/liter NOT liter/100km, this should also be an option. Option to specify the currency would be nice. EDIT 2024-2-6: NaN problem and change of consumption solved. see https://costof.app EDIT 2024-08-05: NaN€ problem is back, only shows after refresh of page. EDIT 2024-08-07: It's working but I have to refresh sometimes and had to input car data anew, using https://costof.app/
