User Reviews

FoxyImage is appreciated for enabling individual image reloads and its simplicity. Users like the added features such as image rotation and a clean interface without many settings. However, multiple users report frustration with the 'save all images' functionality, which doesn't remember download locations and triggers many simultaneous 'save as' windows, leading to naming conflicts. Moreover, saving modified images doesn't work properly, often saving the original image. The extension's behavior combined with Firefox's download prompts results in a poor user experience for batch saving.
Pros
  • Allows reloading individual images without reloading the entire tab
  • Simple and straightforward user interface
  • Adds useful image handling features like rotation
  • Does not overwhelm with excessive settings
Cons
  • Confusing and inconvenient save all images interface
  • Does not remember download location and triggers multiple simultaneous save dialogs
  • Fails to save modified images, saving original instead
  • User experience suffers when Firefox asks where to save each image individually
