Horrible, moves cursor without you causing mis dictations., the list goes on NEVER use this

unfortunately it is much slower than my dicating speed and spend time waiting for it to write out the thought. at times it comes up with a foreign language. one day I did a quick letter to another doctor about a patient. I left a message for my nurse to add something from the file and fax. Thankfully I saw it sitting on top of the fax and read it. The middle portion was embarrasing if it had gone out as full of syntax and wpelling errors. Had to edit by typing. Wish it really helped efficiency because I talk faster than I type.

The extension is nice in the EHR that I use, the only problems is that the buttons on my microphone (nuance III) stop working and the only way to get them working again is to uninstall and then reinstall the chrome plugin. Not super convenient and kind of annoying when I'm just sitting back down to start working on notes again. I'd would be nice if the developers would fix this issue/bug/whatever it is.
