There is a persistent issue with the plugin across all of the desktop devices at our site. There is about a 1 second delay in the plugin initializing when switching Chrome windows between two different monitors. It is clear that it is the plugin that is the issue as if you dictate a paste command it comes up with an error, but if you use CTRL + V there is no delay in pasting.
