Paid 1000 for Legal Pro 16 after using DS for 15 years. Wasted money!

Indeed, I have been on DNS version 3 to version 12 which works perfectly. And then Nuance decided to be clever and said we didn't need to do training anymore and Dragon will still be able to transcribe. The reality is that transcription accuracy dropped tremendously and no amount of training increases the accuracy as Dragon simply refuses to learn. Simple words like "She" remains "he" no matter how many times you try to train it, and likewise tons of other words. Also, it cannot transcribe alphabets which are instead transcribed as words that sound like the alphabet. Additionally, the earlier versions have a good selection of choices of similar sounding words which means I almost always have the correct word available in one of the choices. But now, the choices offered are restrictive and almost never have what I have dictated. The earlier versions also understand that we sometimes do not enunciate our words well so there are missing end consonants. Version 15 is not intelligent enough to decipher that. So unless I am deeply precise in enunciating the words, my dictation simply cannot be transcribed. So while I used to achieve 98% accuracy, now with version 15 my accuracy level is sometimes as bad as 30%, which is as good as not being able to dictate at all since I spend all my time making corrections as I am unable to do any finger typing at all. Similarly too I had also hoped that with the acquisition by Microsoft, with new funds being injected, things would change. But seems like nothing has. I am seriously considering version 16, but it appears that the reviews are also saying that it doesn't work. I really don't know what has gone wrong. How can such a great software end up in such an appalling state? Does anyone know if there is an alternative software that can work as well as the earlier versions of Dragon?

Si pianta continuamente e quindi richiede la riattivazione, per il resto funziona abbastanza bene.
