Civik-IA

Civik-IA is a citizen services app for residents of municipalities participating in the platform. Civik-IA is developed by Ilex Energy SL, a private Spanish company that collaborates with city councils under a service provision contract.

With Civik-IA you can:
REPORT ISSUES
Report any problems with public roads (streetlights, street furniture, cleaning, parks, signage, etc.) to your city council directly from your mobile phone, including a photo and exact location. You will receive updates on the status of your report.

VIEW CITY COUNCIL ANNOUNCEMENTS
Receive announcements that the city council decides to send you through the platform.

VIEW CITY COUNCIL NEWS
The app displays the latest news published by your city council via the official RSS feed that its website makes publicly available.

RESERVE ELECTRIC CHARGING POINTS (depending on the municipality)
If your city council has public charging points, you can reserve them and check their availability.

ACCESS MUNICIPAL SERVICES
Agenda, useful phone numbers, opening hours, and direct access to the corresponding town hall's website.

Each user selects their municipality during registration. The app is personalized with the public information that each participating town hall shares with the platform.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Civik-IA is NOT a government application or an official application of any town hall. It is a product of Ilex Energy SL (a private Spanish company) that offers town halls a technological platform to communicate with their residents. Government information (announcements, news, phone numbers, opening hours, website) is obtained directly from official sources published by each town hall, and you can always verify it on the corresponding municipality's official website.
