CityScan is the citizen app that allows you to report urban incidents quickly and easily. Do you see a broken lamppost, a pothole, litter in the street, or damaged street furniture? With CityScan, you can photograph it, geolocate it, and send it directly to your city council.

📸 Report in seconds. Take a photo, describe the problem, and post the incident. Automatic geolocation takes care of the rest.

🗂️ 14 Incident Categories: Lighting, cleanliness, noise, mobility, street furniture, vegetation, asphalt, road materials, safety, antisocial behavior, pollution, weather, general complaints, and more.

👥 Active Community: Support other residents' incidents, comment, and vote on whether the problem has been resolved. The more support an incident receives, the more visible it becomes.

🔥 Viral System: Incidents with the most interaction are marked as viral, giving them greater impact with the authorities.

🏅 Gamification and Levels: Participate actively and level up: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Urban Hero. Your avatar reflects your commitment to the city.

🏛️ Connection with City Councils: Verified city councils can manage and resolve incidents directly from the app, adding transparency to the process.

🗺️ Interactive Map: View all the incidents in your area on a real-time map. Filter by category and status to find what interests you.

🔔 Notifications: Receive alerts when the status of your incidents changes or when the city council publishes an official response.
