Clica Cidadão is an application created by the private company Innovare Soluções Tecnológicas LTDA to bring the population closer to urban management, allowing anyone to register everyday problems and follow useful information about their region.

With the app, users can report incidents such as potholes, malfunctioning streetlights, illegal dumping, environmental hazards, and other situations that impact community life. Submitting is simple and quick: just add a photo of the problem, write a description, and allow location access so the point can be identified on the map.

In addition to incident reports, Clica Cidadão may include features designed to facilitate the daily lives of the population, such as:

• Job vacancy searches (external links from third-party, non-governmental sources).

• Access to widely publicized useful telephone numbers.

• General city information from open public sources (e.g., weather and warnings).

The application is constantly updated to offer a simple, intuitive, and functional experience. Each municipality that contracts the platform may customize some functions and content, which may cause displayed texts or names to vary depending on the location.
