Una basura de aplicación, el personal supuestamente canaliza las situaciones pero si no les parece lo que comentas te cierran el ticket, tampoco se esfuerzan, si hay situaciones que atender te dicen te paso los números para que llames y por favor no llames a emergencias, se supone que ellos son un filtro tipo botón de emergencia no? No la recomiendo, una porquería el servicio del personal.
