This extension filters your YouTube feed by checking the categories of the videos on your feed, and keeping only the videos that are under the "useful" categories (Education, Science & Technology, HowTo & Style). If the user attempts to open a video that is not under the previous categories, the user will be redirected backwards.

It also blocks YouTube Shorts, the mini-player and the explore page.

This chrome extension is very helpful. I've noticed some educational videos are being blocked when I try to watch them. Maybe the devs can fix this issue or add a way to allow a channel through.

I have been looking for something to block those addicting shorts and time wasting videos thank you so much!! EDIT: after using for a while, I still love it but some videos that I don't see as entertainment are getting blocked. I hope this can be fixed.
