Не работает =( Иногда может срабатывать, но это редкость, только после входа на сам заблокированный канал. Да и зачем нужна блокировка канала, когда уже заходишь на него? Блокировка должна убирать канал из видимости в ленте, рекомендациях, в автовоспроизведении, чтобы такие заблокированные каналы вообще на глаза не попадались.
