But when you've been mindlessly scrolling a feed past your limit, NoScroll steps in: a full-screen warning with a countdown, and if you keep scrolling, the app is closed and paused (10 minutes by default).

ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE
NoScroll uses Android's AccessibilityService API to provide its core feature: detecting when you are actively scrolling inside the apps you choose to limit.
• It reads only which of your selected apps is in the foreground, and whether scrolling or typing is happening in it, so it can measure your active scrolling time, show the warning, and close or pause that app.
• It does not read screen content, messages or passwords.
• Android delivers events only from the apps you select, never from your bank, email or any other app.
• All processing happens on your device. NoScroll collects no data, stores nothing off your device, and shares nothing with anyone.
You are shown a clear explanation and asked for consent before this permission is requested, and you can turn it off at any time in Android Settings > Accessibility.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No internet permission, the app is technically unable to send data anywhere
