Why permissions are required:
Stop Scrolling depends on Android's Accessibility Service and notification access to measure scroll distance and surface timely reminders. These permissions let the app observe scrolling activity and show gentle nudges. Nothing more. No personal content leaves your device, and the app never harvest data. It's simply the only way Android allows an app like this to function.
