• Count your scrolls — a small live counter floats over your watched apps and shows how much you've scrolled today.
• Set daily limits — choose a limit by number of scrolls or by minutes, for each app.
• Take a breath — an optional mindful pause appears before a watched app opens, so you open it on purpose, not on autopilot.
• Gentle reminders — when you hit a limit, a full-screen "time to look up" screen helps you stop. Prefer something firmer? Turn on Strict mode for no snooze.
• Focus mode — pause all of your watched apps on demand for 30, 60, or 120 minutes.
• Bedtime — automatically pause watched apps during the hours you choose.
• Insights — see your scrolling and time across the week or month, with a per-app breakdown.
• Streaks — build a streak of days you stayed under your limits.
• Daily recap — an optional evening notification shows how today compared to yesterday.

ABOUT THE ACCESSIBILITY PERMISSION
Quit Scrolling uses Android's Accessibility Service for one purpose only: to notice when a watched app is open and when you scroll, so it can count scrolls, show your live counter, and remind you at your limit. It does not read text, capture your screen, or access any on-screen content, and all counting happens on your device. You can turn the service off at any time in your phone's settings.
