Katastrophale und völlig unbrauchbare App!Genau in dem Moment, als der Kontrolleur mein Ticket sehen wollte,ist die App abgestürzt und ließ sich überhaupt nicht mehr öffnen.Obwohl ich ein gültiges Deutschlandticket besitze und jeden Monat pünktlich zahle, habe ich wegen eures fehlerhaften Systems völlig ungerechtfertigt eine Strafe Fahrpreisnacherhebung bekommen!Warum muss ich wegen eurer technischen Probleme extra Geld bezahlen, meine Zeit verschwenden und mich ärgern?! Ich werde mein Ab kündig
