hvv hop offers a smart on-demand shuttle service that lets you travel without the constraints of fixed timetables. Use the hvv hop app to conveniently book your individual journey, creating seamless travel chains to reach your destination comfortably, quickly, and safely.

Operating within four service areas—Harburg, Henstedt-Ulzburg, Brunsbek/Trittau, and Ahrensburg—hvv hop is fully integrated into the hvv fare system. Passengers can use daily, weekly, or monthly hvv tickets by presenting them to the driver and paying a small additional surcharge for each hvv hop journey. Tickets can also be purchased directly through the app, covering shuttle, bus, and train rides within the service zones.

Payment provider does not work. I can't enter my billing address or submit a payment method. Plus they don't allow foreign payment methods it seems

VORSICHT BETRUG! Die App entscheidet willkürlich ob man nun schon ein gültiges Ticket hat oder nicht und berechnet OHNE Einsicht der Positionen irgendwelche Beträge. Erst wenn man zustimmt sieht man ob und was die App sich da zusammen rechnet und natürlich nicht stornierbar!.. Nach Reklamation beim Support heißt es " Sie haben ja zu dem Preis zugestimmt, Geld gibt's nicht zurück". BLOß DIE FINGER VON LASSEN, UBER WÄRE GÜNSTIGER GEWESEN! Nachtrag: Der tel. Kundenservice ist genauso schlecht!
