No Tooltip Textareas

wish it worked.

This is good for getting rid of the tooltips which arise frequently. But unfortunately it doesn't affect tooltips which occur with pictures. Now if only we had an extension for chrome to block or hide those annoying status bar tooltips/notifications which occur at the bottom left hand corner of the chrome browser window.

Not working in Facebook. Still get the annoying tooltips.
