WMS Map Viewer on line is a client for web mapping services. The application uses the WMS protocol, compatible with all modern versions of WMS. Users can input the URL of a WMS web service and layer name, to view the map. The extension includes built-in connections to popular and free WMS services including OpenStreetMap, Spain, Australia and NASA. Users can digitize points, lines, areas, and export them as CSV or KML files. KML files can be projected as overlay on the web map of choice, by simply dropping a file or selecting one to be displayed on the map area.
