2024-12-04	Dr*****	Can not detect if dialed yet call not connected, or got no call due to no connection. What is the use of it, if nothing changes? No way to know which operator users given what feedback. After giving many ratings nothing changed, gone worse. It is not 1990s, it's about 2025 not only call, but data availablity & quality consistency is big concern. Someone said 'if regulatory authority's quality is this, how quality of operators it regulating be'
