Ring Tracer is the best App for identifying unknown incoming calls.
Ring Tracer searches the web and presents you the most relevant result for the caller.
It does not intervene with you call or try to handle/block it. It just gives you the right information to decide yourself if you want to answer the call or not by providing information on the caller id.

It also gives you the power to configure it according to your needs:
★ You can disable the app functionality at any time
★ You can exclude your contacts
★ You can enable searching only when you are connected to a WiFi to avoid data charges (if you do not have a data plan with your carrier)
★ You can set the position (top or bottom of the screen) of the informative pop-up

This application does not collect or store any personal data.

The following permissions are requested for the App to operate properly:
○ INTERNET: In order to search the web for the caller
○ ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: To check if a connection to the internet is possible and to find out if you are connected to a WiFi
○ READ_PHONE_STATE: To get the incoming calling number
○ READ_CONTACTS: To check if the number is in your contacts and avoid unnecessary searches
