TRAI MyCALL

TRAI MyCALL is an official Chrome extension and app by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) designed to crowdsource voice call quality feedback from Indian telecom users. By allowing access to call logs and contacts, it enables users to rate their calls in real-time or later, providing vital data anonymously to TRAI for telecom quality monitoring and policy making.

The extension features real-time rating prompts post-call, a historical feedback dashboard, map-based visualizations, and multiple configuration options including rating frequency, data sync, and Hindi language support. Users can report dropped calls, poor network issues, and provide details on background noise or audio delays. Privacy is prioritized as all feedback is anonymized, and users have control over app permissions and can uninstall anytime.
