One of the worst government site. I have raised an issue regarding my Jio sim and they don't even bother to response and take any action. I don't know on their web site why they mentioned the complaint email id if they are unable to provide any assistance.

TRAI having calledfor comments & suggession, did not release the format to get the same. On this subject my thought is once an amount of data is purchased, it should not have time limit to consume in prepaid services. Broughtout by telecoms. Ex: 579/- of Airtel provides free call+ 1.5 GB + 100 SMS per day for 56 days. This works out to free calls,+ 84GB+ 5600 SMS capacity accrued. But due to 56 calander days limit, unspent data, + SMS capacity gets surrendered. With no refund.
