Unable to connect to wifi. Update: able to connect to wifi and display correct info in the app but as soon as I disconnect from wifi with my phone, it stops connecting to the grill. I need this app when I'm away from home, when I'm home I can simply look at the grill.

Created an account and for 2 weeks has just said create an account to login. go to create account says accounts already in use. The whole experience from zgrills from the grill to the app. Has been absolutely horrendous. Worst company to do business with.
