Frustrating app. The fact that you have to constantly sign in and check the box is annoying. Beyond that, it no longer load the grill temp or probe temp. It used to at least work after I jumped through the hoops. Also missing basic features like an alert when your probe hits the set temp. Not sure why you even set it if you don't get alerted? For a $1,200 grill, it's disappointing that the app is so bad. The smoker itself is really nice! Have made some delicious food on it.

Only connect 1 of 5 times I grill. It just wont connect. Also rarely get temp from meat temp sensors. If I can get temp from the sensors, it is very delayed. So, useless. If u are getting the grill for this app and control of your grill, don't buy the grill. Grill is okay, but I bought because of these extra features that still don't work after over a year.
